About FileStripe

FileStripe started with a simple question: why should you have to upload a private photo to a stranger's server just to remove its location data or change its format?

Every tool on FileStripe runs locally in your web browser. When you drop a file in, it is read by JavaScript on your own device, processed there, and the result is handed straight back to you. There is no upload step, no server-side storage and no account.

What you can do

• Remove EXIF, GPS and other hidden metadata from photos, PDFs, Office documents and MP3s.
• Convert between JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, GIF, BMP, SVG, ICO and PDF.
• Compress, resize, crop, rotate, watermark and edit images.
