About the Signature Resizer
Online application forms for banking, government and university admissions often want a signature exactly 140 × 60 pixels and between 10 and 20 KB. Sign on plain white paper with a black or blue pen, take a photo, crop it close to the signature and add it here.
FileStripe turns grey paper and shadows into pure white, darkens the ink, resizes to the exact pixel size and fits the file into the KB range. Other presets cover 3.5 × 1.5 cm signatures and custom sizes.

Frequently asked questions
Should I crop the signature first?
Yes. Crop to just around the signature (the Crop Image tool works well) so it fills the box. Otherwise 'Fit with white border' keeps it whole.
Will the portal accept it?
The output is a standard JPG at exactly the requested pixel size and within the KB range, which is what upload forms check automatically. Always confirm the current requirements in your exam or job notification, since they change.
Why is my file a bit bigger than I expected?
If an image compresses below the minimum size, a harmless blank comment is added to the JPG file so it meets the minimum. The picture itself is unchanged.
Is the Signature Resizer free?
Yes. The Signature Resizer is completely free with no sign-up, no watermarks, no daily limits and no premium tier.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. FileStripe processes your files locally in your web browser using JavaScript. Nothing is uploaded, so the Signature Resizer is safe for private photos and confidential documents and even works offline once the page has loaded.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The Signature Resizer works in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Samsung Internet on phones, tablets and computers. On a phone you can pick files from your photo library or files app and share the result straight to another app.
