Fill PDF Form: how it works
Fillable PDFs contain form fields, but filling them on a phone or in a browser's PDF viewer is often fiddly. FileStripe lists every field as a normal web form you can type into, then writes the answers back into the PDF.
Tick 'Flatten' to lock the answers into the page before sending. If your PDF has no fillable fields, use Add text to PDF instead.

Frequently asked questions
My PDF shows no fields. Why?
Scanned or printed-to-PDF forms don't have real form fields. Use Add text to PDF to type on top of the page.
Is the Fill PDF Form free?
Yes. The Fill PDF Form is completely free with no sign-up, no watermarks, no daily limits and no premium tier.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. FileStripe processes your files locally in your web browser using JavaScript. Nothing is uploaded, so the Fill PDF Form is safe for private photos and confidential documents and even works offline once the page has loaded.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The Fill PDF Form works in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Samsung Internet on phones, tablets and computers. On a phone you can pick files from your photo library or files app and share the result straight to another app.
